Message from the Superintendent of Schools

The Hickman County School System welcomes you to our web site. Whether you are a student, a parent, an employee or someone just browsing, we have attempted to provide comprehensive information regarding our educational programs.

Hickman County is located in the mid-southwestern part of Middle Tennessee. We have seven schools, all accredited, consisting of
two (2) K-2 elementary schools, two (2) 3-5 intermediate schools, two (2) 6-8 middle schools, and one high school. Our enrollment is approximately 3,900 students.

Our school system prides itself on quality of instruction and quality of environment. Our expectations for ourselves and for our students are high.
