Third grade is
such a busy year for students. There
is much to accomplish in a few short months.
Language Arts during the third grade year includes learning the parts of
speech, grammar, punctuation, and increasing students’ writing abilities.
Students are also always anxious to learn how to write in cursive.
This is added to the curriculum around the second six-week grading
period.
