CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION
Requirements for all programs: All chronic absentee students (twenty (20)
days the prior year) will be placed on probation for any vocational course. In
addition, students may be removed depending on the various situations and
circumstances of each individual case as it pertains to poor attendance. Good
attendance is required because of performance shop activities, and we must teach
and develop good work ethics for all our students to be responsible in any work
environment. Students must apply for all Career Technical classes they plan to
take. Admission into a Career Technical class is contingent upon whether or not
their application is approved by the teacher. Lists of those accepted will be
posted before enrolling begins.
