Dual Enrolment PROGRAM WITH COLUMBIA STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE / HCHS Juniors and Seniors Only GPA of 3.0 and act of ACT 19 (if taking English or Math courses) GPA of 3.2 if student does not taking ACT score One 3 hour college college course = 1 high school credit course taken will substitute for one of the four high school courses required to be full-time student (required or elective credit) Cost: current CSCC tuition plus cost of textbook Savings: Substantially lower tuition at CSCC over private and other state universities. Students could take one three hour course each semester and have enough credits to be a 2nd semester college freshman by time he/she begins college in the fall after high school graduation. Prior approval by high school is required. Form must be completed by guidance. |
