Teachers must:In order to process your application, you must do the following: (1) complete the "Application For Employment" - Teacher Application ; (a) if you have a Tennessee Teacher’s License/ Certificate, you must attach a photocopy; (b) you must attach an official college transcript (it must have the school seal); (2) sign the “Employment Application Notice and Authorization” form, and have a witness sign it also; (3) return the completed application packet to: Personnel Director
