After talking about it, purchasing other software and batting around other ideas, it just seemed to make sense to use the same form that you are already used to using.

To make a request for help from the Maintenance Department, please click your school on the left. The rest, you have seen before.

Click here to view the Work Order Status sheet. This only works from the school computers and not from home.

How to view the file

This does not work with FireFox 1.0. You must use Internet Explorer.
1. Click the above link.
2. Choose "Open" or "Run".
3. If you get a message saying that it is already open, then click "ok."
4. Close the file as soon as you are done.
