Ways to contacts us for help

Try ICQ first for quick help. Then, if we can't work it out over ICQ, send us a workorder. It doesn't usually take us long to get to it.

Things that help us to help you

1. Restart the computer. This will fix about 90% of the problems.

2. Write down any error messages you see. (After step 1)

3. Have you installed any new programs. Sometimes, they conflict with other programs. Try uninstalling and then step 1.

4. We can't do much with printer hardware. Software problems, we can fix. Print a test page. Make sure it is in color. If not, change the cartridge.

Yes, some of these things are simplistic, but needed. If you find no help at all on our site, please send us a work order.
