Clarification - "Campus" means one individual school, not the district.

Question 1.1 - Good for 2004 Survey

Labs are defined as a room of 10 computers or more that does NOT have regular scheduled classes. By this definition, there is only one lab in Hickman County, at HCMS. Libraries full of computers are not labs.

Question 2.3N - Good for 2004 Survey

Though we do use remote access software, we can't always provide 24 hour support. So, I would have to say answer 1 is the closest to correct.

#1 & #2 will be the same answer. The reason, those classes that do have Low Capacity computers also have High Capacity computers in the room.

#4 will be the same number in the above spread sheet as all computers are connected to the Internet.

Question 3.4 - Good for 2004 Survey

Windows only. Do not count the Apple IIe computers as they are written off.

Question 4.1 - Good for 2004 Survey

All schools have email setup to communicate. We also have a district website. For schools that have a phone based Homework Hotline that also calls student's homes, check the box for Voice Bulletins as well as the Telephone Homework Hotline box.

The rest is up to you as there is no way we can come up with these figures.
