All of the Hickman County School System staff
members have email setup, that has a network username. You received your
username when you filled out your Acceptable Use Policy at the beginning
of the year. This makes your Hickman Mail address very simple to keep up with. It is: Your_Network_Username + @hickman.k12tn.net An Example is : OK. This works great if you have used your network username before now. If you have not, your password is still the password that you were issued at the beginning of the year. If you don't know it, just ask someone around you. They'll know it. Remember, your network password is also your email password. If you change your network password, you must change your password in your email reading program. If you do not, it will lock you out of the network. Once you have your own network name and password ready, you are done. On the main page of the website, you'll see the links to check your email over the web. It looks just like this
Need to read your mail? Click the link for Hickman Mail to check your email. Our front page to our email says 1CMS. It is the company that provided our email software. Even though it says to login with "full email address as their login name (user@mycompany.com, for example)," it woks better if you just use your username. That should do it.
