Service Packs

Service Packs take care of many problems. Their main job is security problems. They are also easy to install. Just follow the prompts and don't change any of the options. It takes a bit to download and install, but it will be worth it!

For Windows 2000

Very important! Please install this file before you install any other Windows Updates. This is called Service Pack 4. It is only for Windows 2000 computers. Once Service Pack 4 is installed, everything will be fine.

SP4 Express Installation

For Windows XP

Please install this file before you install any other Windows Updates. This is called Service Pack 1 for Windows XP. It is only for Windows XP computers. Windows XP doesn't have the blue screen problem that Windows 2000 suffers from.
