Welcome to our new Helpdesk system. It is very easy to use.

The first page you come to asks for your e-mail address. It is VERY important you enter your correct address.

It looks like an email. Type in a summary in the first line and a detailed explanation in the second line.

As always, restart your computer before submitting a work order.

You will get an email verifying your request. You will be able to either reply to it when we ask questions, or return to the website.

When you return to the site, you will see details about your workorder. Alsways use the same address when entering the site.
